Rooted in family values and a love for authentic cuisine, Big monster Sushi & Thai is a testament to generations of culinary expertise. Our story is not just about food; it’s about crafting experiences that resonate with every bite. “BRING FARM & OCEAN TO TABLE”

 

Led by Chef Rung, Rung is a playful mix of contemporary and classic Japanese cuisine and sushi in a casual, intimate, easy style in fine dining restaurant. Rung continued to delight guests with the freshest and most unique Sashimi, Nigiri and sushi in Chicago over 13 years.  He has been moving and lives in the beautiful paradise Kauai almost 2years.  

 

Coast Sushi restaurant in Chicago that he started working as a sushi chef. Grand Hyatt Regency hotel is the one belong his work experience before he decided to moved here.

CRAZY SCALLOP ROLL
Assorted fish 12 pcs, served over sushi rice, with lettuce, avocado, cucumber, Ponzu sauce.

CRAZY SCALLOP ROLL
Salmon, avocado, cucumber, seared spicy scallops, spicy, mayo, tobiko, scallions, hot sauce, tempura crumbs.
SUNRISE ROLL
Crab mixed, avocado, top with spicy tuna, spicy mayo, unagi sauce,  Btempura bits, scallions.

PAD THAI NOODLE
Thai rice noodles, eas. chive. green onions, bean sprouts, sweet radishes, round peanuts, choice of meat.
PANANG CURRY
Stir fried nutty sauce, basiส, bell peppers, broccoli, lime leaf, choice of meat.
 
SPICY BASIL 
Garlic, basil, bell peppers, bamboo shoots, onions, choice of meat, choice of meat.
